Return policy

If you wish to return the item, please contact info@liljavintage.com within 14 days from the date that the item arrives. No returns will be accepted after this period.
* Our shop sells vintage products that have been used for many years. Products are sold as is. Small scratches and stains that cannot be specified in the item description does not considered as the defective products.
Returning item
If you wish to return your item, it must be unopened, unused and in its original condition. Customer is responsible for the packing and the shipping fee. If the product is damaged during delivery or packing, our shop will not be able to refund. So please be careful when handling and packing the product.
Defective product
In the case of defective or incorrect delivery exchange, the return shipping fee will be covered by our shop. If the product was damaged during shipping, you must make a claim with the liable delivery service (DHL or Posti). Please also contact info@liljavintage.com as soon as possible.

All orders are sent with a tracking number and tracking link which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Nordic countries : 2-5 working days
Rest of Europe : 3-8 working days
Outside of Europe : 6-14 working days
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Please check Posti website to track your shipment.
